Refund Steps

  • 2. Upon receiving the request, we will promptly verify the order details.
  • 3. If the situation qualifies for a refund, we will process it as quickly as possible, though the time frame may vary depending on the payment method used.

Refund Conditions

Customers can initiate a refund under the following circumstances:

  • 1. POEStore's error prevents the order from being completed on time.
  • 2. An unexpected operational failure occurs during the transaction.
  • 3. Inventory shortages hinder order fulfillment.

Refund Notice

  • 1. Customers may request a refund after successful payment, provided the order is not yet completed. Refunds apply exclusively to undelivered products.
  • 2. If the customer's personal information cannot be matched with the original bank details, the transaction may be flagged as high-risk.
